Career Change

Well it looks like it is time for a career change from the oilfield to police work. After talking to my awesome wife, and kids they support my decision. My wife feels that the security offered makes up for the pay cut I would be taking, while my kids just think its cool that their dad wants to be a police officer. I think they might have seen to many episodes of COPS. I am torn though, I am halfway through getting a bachelors degree in business management and have made a good name for myself in my industry, but work has pretty much died up for the time being. Granted we are on the brink of losing everything except the house, and I need work, but I think in the long run this is the best choice.
